Story of Stone (told by David Keohan):

I drove from Loop Head Co. Clare after lifting Cloch Jamsey Keane......ALL the way over to @feileanchnocain_ in Ballyknockan co. WICKLOW. getting there about 3pm. Hopped out of the car, was handed a mic and spoke about stone lifting then lifted both the 160kg and 150kg Ballyknockan lifting stones straight after each other.

Did this for John, who is doing incredible work in the old quarry, bringing culture back and alive once more. And me pal the battle poet @gerard_devine_poetry,
whose rendition of his poem "The Quarryman" echoing off the quarry walls was absolutely amazin'.

Wonderful to meet @saulforged too was a big treat, huge fan of your work a chara!

The two lifting stones are called AN CAPALL OIBRE 160kg
and AN SEANCHART 150kg (The workhorse and the old-cart)
showcasing two popular Irish lifts ....the hug lift and the standard.
To be "CAIRÉALAÍ LÀIDIR" or "QUARRYMAN STRONG" both must be lifted to chest.
